How much is postage?

Australia: Standard and express postage options and prices are available at check-out. 

When will my order be shipped?

To ensure fast shipping, we will pick stock from warehouses closest to your shipping address or based on our stock availability. We endeavour to ship all orders on the same day that your order is placed. Orders placed on Friday 5pm AEST will be shipped the following Monday. If you require your package urgently, you can place it between Sunday to Wednesday for express services.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order email zend.info@gmail.com.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

If you have tracked your package with no success, e-mail us at zend.info@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier involved. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier errors, if parcels have not been collected by you or if you enter the incorrect delivery details.

How quickly can I get my ZEN products?

Once your order is received, we endeavour to have it shipped out within 1 business day. You can choose the express postage option at check-out for faster delivery services. This is also based on your location also. If you need your order in a hurry you can order between Sunday-Wednesday for our express service or contact us at zend.info@gmail.com and we will work with you to get your order to you asap.
