We guarantee the quality of all of ZEN products, so when you order from us you should expect the highest quality product and service. However, if you have any problems with your product or order and let us know within 30 days, we’ll do everything we can to help. Due to COVID, we currently do not accept returns, but can issue refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis or if a product is faulty. We do not issue refunds or returns for change of mind. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe are unfounded or fraudulent.
